The 2013 Graduate Student Showcase was held on April 12-23 and celebrated UCSB's extraordinary graduate students and their remarkable accomplishments. The Showcase featured the inaugural Grad Slam, a campus-wide competition for the best three-minute talk. Eighty-two graduate students representing thirty-six departments and programs competed in the 2013 Grad Slam.
